Edward Henry Saulter, 75, of Keytesville, MO, died Monday, October 1, 2018 at Moberly Regional Medical Center.  Eddie was born March 24, 1943 in Kansas City, MO the son of Jimmie Lee and Hazel (Wright) Saulter.

Eddie served in the U.S Army during Vietnam.  He was a truck driver and worked for the Chariton County Sheltered Workshop.

Eddie is survived by brothers Jack Saulter of Conrow, TX, Donnie (Rose) Saulter of Moberly, MO, Gerald (Vicky) Saulter of Salisbury, MO, Steven Ray (Cheryl) Saulter of Salisbury, MO, sisters Carol Wise of Shreveport, LA, Martha (Phil) Nanneman of Salisbury, MO, Peggy (Henry) Proctor-Lewis of Gulf Shores, AL, sister in law Linda Saulter of Willis, TX, several nieces, nephew, and step children.  Eddie was preceded in death by his twin children Terry Lee & Mary Lee at infancy, his parents, brothers Jimmie Dale Saulter and Roy Gene Saulter.
